Terms & Conditions – Bandipur Resort Activities

  • All activities at the resort are subject to availability, weather conditions, forest department guidelines, and operational feasibility.
  • Bandipur is a protected wildlife zone. Guests are required to strictly follow all forest and resort regulations. Any violation may lead to cancellation of activities without prior notice or refund.
  • Activity timings are fixed. Guests must report at the designated point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the activity.
  • Certain activities require advance booking and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • For safety reasons, guests must follow instructions given by the activity coordinators at all times. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate.
  • Appropriate clothing and footwear are mandatory for outdoor activities. The resort is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
  • Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed and depend entirely on natural conditions.
  • The resort reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any activity due to weather, safety concerns, or regulatory requirements without prior notice.
  • Participation in resort activities is entirely at the guest’s own risk. The management shall not be liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage arising during activities.
  • Use of drones, flash photography, or professional equipment may be restricted as per forest department regulations.
  • Guests are requested to respect the environment by maintaining silence during nature-based activities and avoiding littering. Any damage to flora, fauna, or resort property will attract penalties.
  • The management reserves the right of admission and participation.
